Which days count as business days?

Does it account for public holidays?
No. It excludes weekends only, since public holidays differ by country and region. If your calendar has holidays, subtract them from the working-day figure for your area.
Is the end date included in the count?
The working days are counted across the span from the start date to the end date inclusive, so a Monday-to-Friday range counts five business days.
