Getting the cleanest cutout
Photos with a clear subject and good separation from the background work best — portraits, products, and pets. Even lighting and a subject that stands out from the backdrop give the sharpest edges. Busy or low-contrast backgrounds are harder, so a cleaner source image gives a cleaner cutout.
