Wi-Fi QR Code Generator
Turn your network name and password into a scan-to-join Wi-Fi QR code.
Enter a network name to generate a Wi-Fi QR code.
Scan the code with a phone camera to join the network — no typing the password by hand. The QR encodes a standard WIFI: string that iOS and Android both recognise.

How to make a Wi-Fi QR code
Type your network name (SSID) exactly as it appears, choose the encryption (WPA/WPA2 for most networks), and enter the password. The QR code updates live below — download it as a PNG to print or share.
Where to use it
Print the code on a card by your router, add it to a guest-room sign, or drop it into a slide. Guests scan it with their camera and join without ever seeing or typing the password.
Questions
Is my Wi-Fi password sent anywhere?
No. The QR code is built in your browser from the text you type, using the standard WIFI: format. Your network name and password never leave the page, so it's safe to make a code for your home or office network.
Which phones can scan a Wi-Fi QR code?
Both iOS and Android read the standard Wi-Fi QR format with the built-in camera. Point the camera at the code and a prompt to join the network appears — no separate app needed on either platform.
What if my network is hidden or open?
Tick “Hidden network” if the SSID isn't broadcast, so the phone knows to look for it. For an open network with no password, choose None as the encryption and the password field disappears.
