Each letter is swapped for its rotated-180° Unicode look-alike and the whole line is reversed, so “hello” reads upside down. It’s genuine text you can paste into bios, captions, usernames and chat. Some glyphs are approximate and a few symbols have no flipped form. Runs entirely in your browser.

Questions

How does upside-down text work?
Each letter is swapped for the Unicode character that looks like it rotated 180 degrees, and the whole line is reversed so it reads correctly when the page is turned over. The result is plain text, so it copies and pastes anywhere.
Why do a few characters look approximate?
Unicode doesn't have a perfect upside-down glyph for every letter, so a handful are close look-alikes rather than exact flips, and some rare symbols pass through unchanged. Most words read clearly upside down.
