Enter both names to see the score.

Just for fun — no science, no astrology, no databases.

This is a bit of fun, nothing more. We take the two names, ignore case and spacing, put them in a fixed order so the result is the same whichever name you type first, and run them through a small hash to land on a number between 1 and 100. The same two names always give the same score, which is the whole joke — there is no real-world meaning behind it. Names are never stored or uploaded; it's all worked out on your device.

How to use the love calculator

Type two first names into the boxes. We tidy them up, combine them in a fixed order, and turn them into a number from 1 to 100 with a little verdict. It's a party trick — read it with a smile, not as advice.

Questions

Is the love calculator real?
No — it's just for fun. The percentage is a deterministic hash of the two names, not a measure of any real-world compatibility. There's no astrology or science behind it.
Why do the same two names always give the same score?
Because the score is calculated directly from the letters of the names with a fixed formula. The order doesn't matter either — A and B give the same result as B and A — so it's stable and repeatable, which is part of the joke.
Are the names stored anywhere?
No. The whole calculation happens in your browser. The names are never saved, sent to a server, or used anywhere else.
