Best CPS

CPS is your total clicks divided by the 5-second window. Your best score is saved in your browser's local storage, on this device only — nothing is uploaded.

How to take the CPS test

Click (or tap) the pad to begin. A 5-second timer starts on your first click — keep clicking as fast as you can until it stops. Your total clicks and clicks-per-second appear instantly, and your best run is remembered.

How the score works

CPS is simply your total clicks divided by the 5-second window. Click 40 times and you score 8 CPS. Your highest score is saved in your browser's local storage so you can try to beat it.

Questions

What is a good CPS score?
Most people land between 5 and 8 clicks per second. Above 10 CPS is fast, and competitive clickers using techniques like jitter or butterfly clicking can push past 12–14 CPS.
Is my best score saved?
Yes — your highest CPS is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never uploaded, and you can clear it any time by clearing your site data.
Does clicking faster wear out my mouse?
Rapid clicking adds wear over time, but a few short tests are harmless. The test caps each round at 5 seconds, so you're not clicking for long stretches.
